Most people around Kansas know me as Fox or Foxy and I picked up my first disc in 2012. My buddy drove me out to a course and said get out we are playing I said “uh no that looks dumb”. Anyways, we got out played and I was terrible, and I can’t stand being bad at sports! Immediately after the round I went to the Wild Side in Manhattan Ks and bought my first 3 discs: a Yeti Pro Aviar, a Buzz and Wraith. The very next day, I went to my first league which was random draw doubles ,which got me hooked to the sport. The disc golf community has always been a league of its own, no matter where you go to play there is always someone wanting to play or just chat disc golf.
Since creating this addiction to the sport I ran the Glow League for 3 years, ran multiple doubles, triples and food drive tournaments, also this is my 10th year of running the every Sunday LADGC Bag Tag League. Side note I have hit 58 first throw Aces in my career.
In addition I have designed a few courses in Kansas such as, South Park in Junction City, University Park in North Manhattan, Family Tuttle in Manhattan, Rock Creek High School in Flush, and Riley in the City of Riley. I really enjoy designing courses and bringing areas to life.
This year is my first year being able to play in the M40 divisions and I look forward to playing with a great group of guys. Best part is I get to do it with the most Family feeling brand in the game Millennium!
